Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with involvement of a parent or guardian.

User Accounts

AI-Generated Information

MeasureFood uses AI to analyze food images and labels. AI analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. Scan results, including calorie and nutrient estimates, should be treated as estimates only.

MeasureFood is a general wellness and food-information tool. The Service does not provide medical, dietary, or nutrition advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, advice, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified professional for any medical, dietary, or health-related decisions.

Food and Nutrition Information

Nutritional values and grades provided through the Service are estimates generated from partial or visual information and may differ from actual values. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional information provided by the Service.

Subscription and Paid Plans

The Service may offer paid subscription plans (for example, Premium) that provide additional benefits such as higher scan limits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and to our terms for billing, renewals, and cancellation as described below.

Free Trial

The Service may offer a free trial period for new users. The trial is limited and may include restrictions on usage, such as a maximum number of scans per day. When the trial ends, you may be automatically moved to the applicable plan.

Billing and Renewals

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable period (for example, monthly or yearly). Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method you provided through our payment processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Depending on when you cancel, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Except where required by law or as otherwise stated, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service may rely on third-party providers, such as AI analysis providers, payment processors, and authentication services. These third parties have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their services.

Service Availability
